• You will be assured activity on your home will be closely monitored &you will receive regular updates from me with feedback from showings, competition, any market changes ... If you require/request services of a lawyer, home inspector, mortgage specialist etc. I will supply you with several contact names for each of the various professions.
• You will have a detailed & personally tailored marketing plan designed & implemented by me.
• You will have all offers personally reviewed & presented by me.
• You will have all the time you require for me to clearly explain all legal documents to your satisfaction.
• Your lawyer, & anyone else as you direct, will receive all necessary documentation & pertinent information in a timely manner.
• You will be ensured all deposit funds are received in a timely fashion and held in trust until completion of the sale.
